COZINHAR PORTUGUES

This Portuguese as a Second/Foreign Language textbook is aimed at students with some knowledge of the language who wish to learn something about Portuguese cuisine. After reading and studying the recipes, students will be able to prepare and enjoy the dishes presented. At the same time they are given the opportunity to learn riddles,proverbs, folktales, poems, tonguetwisters and other texts related to food, and to consolidate grammar and develop oral and written expression.
