Collins Big Cat Arabic Readers – Teacher’s Guide and CD-ROM

Collins Arabic Big Cat is a guided reading series for ages 3 to 11. The series is structured with reference to the learning progression of Arabic at nursery and primary schools researched especially for Collins. This carefully graded approach allows children to build up their reading knowledge of Arabic step by step.

This teacher’s guide includes a series curriculum (scope and sequence) for the series and suggested reading order, an introduction to the series, guidance on the language levels used and language progression within the series, help with teaching literacy skills in the classroom, plus lesson plans and running records. It provides everything teachers need to use the Big Cat Arabic Readers to help children both native-speakers and foreign learners learn to read in Arabic
The CD-ROM provides running records and worksheets to be printed off and used in the classroom.
